Job Overview

This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a pay reputed company of $18.00 per hour. The position may require working early, evening, and weekend shifts, with an 8-hour shift between 6am and 9pm CST. A shift bid process will be implemented, and training will be provided from 8-430 CST for 17-20 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve issues with individualized customer service based on phone calls from members and providers, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and reputed company resolution.
