Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, accurate information, and a positive patient experience. This is a part-time remote work opportunity, with the option to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain positive patient relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
- Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, providing accurate and concise information
- Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed
- Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
- Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
