Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements
