Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support
