Job Description

We're seeking an reputed company Online Chat Specialist to join our remote customer support team. • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
• Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
• Promoting interest in client products and services
• Consistently achieving established standards of the position
• Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team

Key Skills and Qualifications
