Your Role: reputed company Associate
As a member of our Borrower reputed company Team, you'll play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. As a reputed company Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Understand arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
- Engage with borrowers reputed company email and live chat, providing empathetic and clear communication
- Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing

Recommended Experience
We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience.
