Job Overview

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Benefit Development and Backing team as part of the arenaflex Choice Help Group. This cross-functional position will collaborate with various key capabilities, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Development, Finance, reputed company Planning, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will provide high-level analytical support for activities such as client investment spend, business arrangements, production network, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital. This role will also support the contract pricing process, movement-based costing, and the annual planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to help the business reputed company informed reputed company.
• Investigate the performance of different pilot drives using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.

Qualifications and Requirements
