Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing guidance on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized support and solutions to help customers reputed company understand their coverage and options
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client programs
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience

- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
