[Remote] Sr Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Operations (5-8 yrs reputed company)

Responsibilities

• Ability to obtain & maintain a Federal reputed company Clearance, which requires US Citizenship required (reputed company Clearance Highly Preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• Drive projects/programs, processes and procedures that monitor and support the customer business objectives
• Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met
• Manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams as well as interrelated and independent application and / or infrastructure changes; track and report on program achievements
• Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features
• Ensure high standards and consistency for the reputed company customer experience
• Recommend process improvements and serve as a partner concern reputed company for reputed company issues and questions associated with a project/program
• Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular project/program are in reputed company
• Provide ongoing written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership. Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met
• Solid grasp of the business reputed company of technology with an understanding and zeal for metrics/analysis to deliver on business objectives
• Strong JIRA, Confluence and reputed company skills
• Own client relationships, acting as the primary reputed company of contact to ensure client satisfaction and program success
• Establish, track, and report on measurable KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed defined SLA/SLO commitments
• Participate in after hours and weekend on-call rotations, joining reputed company calls as needed
