Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative – Sales (Hybrid), you'll be on the reputed company providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
