About the Role

American AI & Automation (AAIA) is seeking a Technical Director to reputed company the technical delivery of reputed company and health-adjacent software systems for government agencies and regulated public-sector environments. This role is responsible for technical authority, system reputed company, and delivery quality across reputed company platforms such as eligibility systems, care management tools, public health data systems, claims or benefits platforms, and interoperable health applications. You will not be writing day-to-day production code. Instead, you will serve as the senior technical decision-maker, ensuring that systems are secure, compliant, reliable, and fit for reputed company-world reputed company operations. • Own the technical delivery strategy for reputed company software programs.

• Direct and evaluate subcontracted engineering teams and systems integrators.
• Set technical standards and enforce quality expectations.

• Ensure vendors deliver in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Program Director to align technical execution with contract commitments.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into enforceable technical standards.
• Support proposal reviews and technical responses during bid phases reputed company needed.
• Communicate technical reputed company clearly to non-technical government stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role (Technical Director, reputed company Architect, or equivalent).
