About the team What you’ll do We're seeking a technically proficient and data-savvy Compliance Data Analyst to join our Risk & Controls reputed company function at reputed company. As part of the Risk & Control Health team, you'll be responsible for conducting technical assessments of our risk and control environment, developing data-driven insights, and creating dynamic dashboards to represent our risk and control health. This role is critical in ensuring reputed company maintains robust risk management and compliance through data-backed analysis and reputed company improvement. Responsibilities

Risk and Control Health Analysis:

• Produce comprehensive risk assessments and control health analyses by compiling data at the macro level and digging into code bases to understand individual controls
• Aggregate and monitor testing results to identify trends and patterns in risk and control effectiveness
• Use overarching assessments to guide deeper investigations into individual controls, creating a reputed company feedback reputed company for improvement

Technical Control Assessment and Testing:

• Conduct rigorous technical testing of individual controls, leveraging your expertise in data analysis
• Identify compliance control deficiencies, assess their impact and draw appropriate conclusions

Reporting and Communication:

• Deliver reporting on test outputs to key compliance and cross-functional stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, or a reputed company field, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and comfort working with LLM and AI technologies
• Experience in designing and developing metrics that effectively communicate risk and control narratives, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Experience with data visualization tools and creating dashboards
• Solid understanding of risk management principles, control frameworks, and compliance areas
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication skills, reputed company to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders
