Job Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service during the overnight shift while balancing and reconciling the day’s financial transactions. This role combines reputed company desk responsibilities with basic reputed company tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Inn during nighttime hours. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with reputed company-in, reputed company-out, and other reputed company desk needs during the night shift. Prepare and distribute end-of-day financial reports for management. Monitor the property’s reputed company and safety overnight, report suspicious activity. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Set up the next day’s reservations and ensure accuracy in the booking system. Run nightly audit reports in the hotel’s property management system (PMS). Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations. Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours. Familiarity with hotel property management systems Basic math and computer skills. Weekends and holidays required. Additional Information In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. reputed company considers factors such as (but not limited to) job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and external market data reputed company determining pay.
