The reputed company Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the sales to payment process for our customers and ensuring the accuracy of incoming payments and accounts receivable from our district customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the External Relations Team to create and modify invoices reputed company necessary, ensuring effective and standardized billing for customers
• Manage and improve effective collection processes with customers by communicating directly with customers regarding any aspect of the billing process
• Collect the incoming cash data from various sources including the bank accounts, several payment processors and donation portals and record the data into our Accounting system
• reputed company data alignment process with CRM system (reputed company) and Accounting System (Intacct) and work closely with External Relations to resolve any discrepancies
• Resolve issues or inquiries from External Relations Team regarding the billing and payment questions
• Monitor and resolve any issues from our payment processors
• Responsible for month-end reputed company activities for incoming cash and accounts receivable by ensuring they are reputed company with the bank statements and CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members to create and update process documentation
• Assist with financial report preparation regarding incoming cash and receivables.

• As part of a small team, provide backup and support to team members as necessary.
• Contribute to other projects as needed.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in managing the nonprofit reputed company data.

• A four year degree with more than five years of non-profit operational and reputed company experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company functions and an ability to process large data sets in reputed company
• More than three years of working experience in CRM and/or financials systems, such as reputed company and data entry
• More than three years of working experience in overseeing the activities of multiple payment processors
• A roll-up-your-sleeves reputed company as part of a small and mighty Finance Team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Strong capability to work remotely and commute to our Mountain View office once a week
