Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
