Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers
- Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoying the challenge of a quick-paced work setting
- Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet!
Requirements
To join reputed company, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show your ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Consider gaming experience as a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet!
