Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company Licensed P&C Customer Service Representatives who possess a general understanding of personal and/or reputed company insurance and demonstrate a clear ability to recognize customer needs and provide the best possible service. As a member of reputed company, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide a full range of insurance services to our clients and their customers through the use of high-speed internet connectivity to access an agency's management system and insurance reputed company websites.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer calls and assisting with payment and billing questions; assisting with online payments
• Handling policy change requests reputed company phone or email from customers and reputed company parties; implementing changes online at the insurance reputed company website
• Reviewing policy coverages and issuing certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance or binders
• General phone and email correspondence with customers reputed company to renewals, cancellations, and insurance reputed company requests as needed

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in property and casualty insurance; Property and Casualty License required
• Experience in either personal or reputed company lines, experience in both a plus
• Proficient in Massachusetts Auto and Registry a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Outlook
• Strong data entry skills and website navigation
• Adaptability to varying customer personality types and situations
• Eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team environment

• Effective time management
