Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex through communications with customers over the phone and reputed company email. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding service level expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company cases in a timely and professional manner
- reputed company and maintain good customer relationships by acting as a resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house reputed company
- Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through reputed company, creating actionable reports for management
- Order replacement plants for customers and ensure that reputed company work areas are kept clean, reputed company, and organized
- Participate in meetings, share successes and challenges, and ask questions and provide suggestions for improvement
- Exceed service level expectations with reputed company internal and external customers
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Minimum 2 years of experience with reputed company Office

- Relevant college coursework preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems, company-specific computer programs, and other new technology

* Experience with gardening or horticulture
- Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
- Experience with eCommerce and online sales
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
