Job Responsibilities:
As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with members to understand their health needs and concerns, providing empathetic and supportive interactions to ensure their well-being
- Reviewing member claim history for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that reputed company necessary information is up-to-date and accessible

- Performing financial data maintenance, including updating member records and processing claims

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center atmosphere
- A strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices, with a preference for previous experience in this field
- A medical or insurance background is also preferred, but not required
- A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company issues and find effective solutions
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and reputed company Office
