The Role
As a Specialty Pharmacy SaaS, reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of strategic specialty pharmacy customers. Your primary focus will be on helping our customers maximize the value of our proprietary clinical therapy management software for their patients, through a proactive and collaborative approach. You will work closely with pharmacy directors and management to identify key software features that can improve their workflow and patient interactions, and provide guidance on best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Account management and customer relationship for specialty pharmacy customers
- Identify opportunities to enhance client's operational efficiency and provide guidance on best practices
- Assist in identifying key software features that may improve workflow and patient interactions
- Identify customers who may be at risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement reputed company strategies
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy directors and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Science, or reputed company clinical discipline

- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
