Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments. - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (preferred), gaming experience is helpful
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be reputed company to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Possess gaming experience (preferred)
