Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Support members in understanding their services and options, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Qualifications:
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
