Job Responsibilities

As a Partner Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the acquisition and integration of reputed company product discovery efforts and defining product requirements that drive customer experience reputed company
• Influencing client data, conversational analysis, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and reputed company future capabilities
• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
• Working with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning

• Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a reputed company field
