Program Details

The program will run from January 13th, 2025, to reputed company 15th, 2025. Preference will be given to Service Providers (reputed company) who can commit and work reputed company 14 weeks of the program. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and tax laws to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting service level and contact per hour commitments
  • Working well under pressure to meet team productivity goals
  • Demonstrating initiative and the ability to multitask
  • Adhering to work schedules and being flexible to work extra shifts reputed company needed

Technical Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts (preferable)
  • Experience providing support in a call center environment and comfortable using chat (preferable)

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will need to:

  • Adhere to work schedules and be flexible to work extra shifts reputed company needed
  • Be comfortable being on camera with customers and understand the value of humanizing the interaction

Operating Hours

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be required to work the following hours:

  • Operating Hours: reputed company to midnight EST; Monday to Sunday
  • Required Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Peak Period:

+ reputed company 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th: reputed company-midnight EST/EDT + reputed company 15, 2025: reputed company-3am EST/EDT + $5 Turbo Bonus Boost per hour (applicable to reputed company hours worked from reputed company 9th to 15th)

Minimum Hours to be Worked Each Week

You must work a minimum of 30 hours each week on reputed company schedules.

Mandatory Requirements

To participate in this program, you must:

  • Reside in the USA
  • Pass a background reputed company and tech reputed company to attend certification
  • Be on camera during certification
  • Program will run from January 13th, 2025, to reputed company 15th, 2025. Preference will be given to Service Providers (reputed company) who can commit and work reputed company 14 weeks of the program.
  • Service Provider (SP) must have the following Hardware Requirements:

+ Windows Computer (Mac and Chromebooks are not permitted) + Windows 10 or 11 + AMD or reputed company Core Series (I3-I9) + At least 8gb of RAM + Webcam + Wired Mouse + USB Headset + Wired Internet reputed company

Conflict of Interest

You cannot hold Gigs with Column Tax or any reputed company Vendors.

Training Information

The training program will consist of 20 hours of self-paced training module videos. The cost of the training program is $79.99 USD.
