Job Summary: reputed company is seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to join reputed company. The Scrum Master will be responsible for conducting and managing agile scrum activities of a development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that scrum rules are followed, and that scrum metrics are gathered to track team's reputed company. In addition, the scrum master will be working reputed company closely with the Product reputed company, establishing and enforcing sprint priorities and releasing delivery deadlines. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams
• Guide teams in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of reputed company improvement and high performance
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and actionable product backlog
• Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile values and practices
• Track and communicate team reputed company, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvements

• Assist in the discovery of new opportunities for team growth and development

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years' of scrum master experience
• Bachelor's degree

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a consulting reputed company
• Experience with backend SQL Server management
• Strong understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts (e.g., OLAP, dimensional modeling)
• Extensive experience dashboarding (building dashboards from scratch and adding new features)
• Any additional experience in Data Visualization, Customer Experience, Human-Centered design, Data Science, or Statistical Modeling is welcome
• Experience working in or with the federal government.
• Secret Clearance preferred but not required
