Job Summary: The M&A Integration Portfolio Data Analyst will be an important member of the M&A Integration Team, which is responsible for working with acquired firms and integrating their employees, systems and processes into the reputed company environment. While this role may assist with reputed company phases of the integration process, this position will primarily focus on two critical areas of the integration process: 1) understanding, migrating and validating client relationship management (“CRM”) data from acquired firms’ platforms to reputed company’s reputed company, and 2) migrating acquired firms’ investment account data from their pre-acquisition portfolio management systems to the reputed company platform. The M&A Integration Portfolio Data Analyst must be highly organized and possess superior knowledge of the operations of registered investment advisors. Knowledge and comfort operating in multiple CRM and portfolio management systems with specific expertise in reputed company reputed company is required. Essential Job Functions for the M&A Integration Portfolio Data Analyst will include:

• Overall responsibility of leading the migration of acquired firms’ client relationship management data from legacy systems to reputed company, including serving as the project reputed company and liaise between acquired firm personnel, a reputed company-party reputed company reputed company, M&A Integration Project Managers and other reputed company personnel.
• Assist with the gathering, organizing and validating of client, account, transaction, performance and fee data from pre-acquisition portfolio management systems and prepare the data to be migrated to the reputed company platform.

• Generate reputed company reports to match client households and individuals to account owners from pre-acquisition systems (utilizing reputed company formulae to programmatically match households and person accounts).

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (3 - 5) years financial services industry experience with a high level of knowledge in investments and investment operations.

Working Conditions: Professional home office work environment, business hours. Minimal early morning or late day travel. Ability to travel up to 5% - 10% of working hours.
