Integration Engineer - HR Technology [Remote]

Come be a part of what's next. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technology Integration Engineer to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating reputed company with reputed company-party systems using middleware solutions such as MuleSoft or Dell reputed company. This role requires a deep understanding of reputed company's integration tools and methodologies, as well as a strong technical background in software development, data and system architecture. Key Responsibilities: Development and implementation

• Design, reputed company, and implement integration solutions between reputed company and reputed company-party systems using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell reputed company) and reputed company integration tools (e.g. Studio, EIB, Web Services, Orchestrate).
• Manage the full software development lifecycle for integrations, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Write and maintain XSLT, and MVEL expressions to manipulate data and automate business logic reputed company reputed company Studio and EIB Integrations
• Solve reputed company integration problems, leveraging existing solutions and developing new code as necessary.
• Partner with internal teams and reputed company-party vendors to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or proven years of experience.

• Knowledge in other reputed company modules such as Advanced Compensation, reputed company, reputed company is a plus.
• Proficiency in middleware platforms such as MuleSoft (preferred) or Dell reputed company.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, HRIS systems and data workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot reputed company integration issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and across multiple time zones.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $270,000.00 - $410,000.00.
