Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Associate, Foundational Business (FB) Communications, to join reputed company. This individual will be responsible for developing and advancing strategic internal and external communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement, executive visibility, and reputed company. What You'll Bring: As a member of the Foundational Business Communications team, serve as key contributor to support both internal and external communications deliverables for a diverse set of businesses and leaders. Write and prepare a variety of important materials including leadership messages, press releases, intranet content, speaking points, video scripts, social media content, and presentations, as required. What You'll Bring: 8-10 years of corporate communications experience, with at least 5 years of in-house experience at a Fortune 500 company required, preferably in the financial services industry. Proactive client relationship manager, with experience providing advice and counsel to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated track record of achievement and excellence in a world-class organization. Collaborative team player with executive reputed company and experience participating in and managing cross-functional projects. Ability to navigate a reputed company organization and operate reputed company ambiguity is a must. Experience with change management and culture change initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent writing, listening, presentation and communications skills. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism or reputed company field.
