As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in creating confidence and excitement among our customers by providing exceptional shopping experiences. You'll be the face of our brand, and your eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, and high brand and execution standards will set us apart from the competition. Key Responsibilities

* Greet everyone (teammates and customers) with a smile and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.

• Serve as the primary customer service provider at the reputed company end and liaison between customers and management.

Qualifications

* Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
