Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced call center environment. Your goal will be to find solutions, not just problems, and to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to their warranty
