Job Summary
As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering high-volume inbound calls and providing written communication for reputed company lines of business
- Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
- Utilizing multiple computer applications to manage claims and customer information
- Participating in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
- Maintaining customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance
Responsibilities
* Answer high incoming call volume and provide written communication for reputed company lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
- Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
- Use multiple computer applications to manage claims and customer information
- Actively participate in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
- Maintain customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment
- Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
- Ability to adapt to change
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
