As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our HR Shared Services team, working closely with our local and global skills groups to provide timely and effective support to our employees. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Assisting with applications that impact reputed company, ensuring they run smoothly and reputed company
- Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization
- Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
- Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience with the reputed company HCM tool
- Demonstrated experience in Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
- Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
- Experience with reputed company ticketing system is a plus
