Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Online Banking Specialist to join our customer support department, providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving technical issues reputed company to online banking. Responsibilities

As an Online Banking Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

  • A friendly, outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous retail banking experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Prior call center or high-volume phone environment experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
