About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential Business Operations Analyst to join a fast-growing deep tech startup. This is an early-career role (2–3 years of experience) ideal for someone with corporate, consulting, investment banking, or analytical experience who wants to transition into the startup ecosystem. The role will initially focus heavily on talent strategy and execution - building structured, data-driven hiring systems that help us attract and reputed company exceptional people. Over time, as the company scales, the scope will expand into broader business operations, automation, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This is not a traditional reputed company role. It is an operator role at the intersection of talent, data, systems, and executive execution. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build scalable processes, implement automation, and increase reputed company across the business. What You’ll Do 1. Talent Strategy & Intelligence (Initial Core Focus)
