Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Nebraska. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and being the primary customer reputed company for inquiries. You'll inform and educate our members, serve as their reputed company, and build trust in our abilities. By utilizing established best practices, attending ongoing training, and leveraging resources and tools, you'll be the expert who helps navigate the challenging world of insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred) - Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length

- Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus - Experience working in a dynamic environment with changing regulations and policies
