Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our walk-in customers. You'll be a financial concierge, helping customers reputed company their financial goals and grow their relationships with us. You'll be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, and you'll be proactive in identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

• Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners

Basic Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
