Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Card Customer Service Advisors to join our remote team in Louisville, KY, Omaha, NE, Tulsa, OK, and Birmingham, AL. As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries and problems, and delivering personalized solutions to meet our customers' unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems

  • Research, analyze, and provide solutions that meet the customer's needs
  • Resolve customer inquiries and problems on first contact
  • Provide customers with account information
  • Resolve or refer billing disputes
  • Correct payment errors
  • Revise fee and finance charges as appropriate
  • Account maintenance
  • Take card, reputed company, or other orders

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to four years of relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field

  • Ability to handle difficult customer calls
