Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and phone to navigate multiple systems and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
