As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
- Using our software to take down customer information and communicate with clients reputed company WhatsApp
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience
- Logging in and out of your shift, and communicating with the next agent before your shift ends
- Reaching out to the next agent reputed company of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift
- Maintaining a professional demeanor at reputed company times, even in challenging situations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using software and technology to take down customer information and communicate with clients
- Ability to work weekend and overnight shifts, including 10pm to 5am PST
- A smartphone and laptop/computer that you can quickly navigate to input customer information
