The incumbent will translate global product sustainability goals (Plastics, Fiber, Scope 3, Social Impact) to a focused approach designed to capture business value and reputed company K-C’s brands, leveraging customer/consumer insights for highest market penetration. In this role, you will: Develops and deploys the sustainability plans and objectives to support K-C’s North American product and brand portfolios, in reputed company collaboration with reputed company R&D and growth teams and functional leaders. Collaborates with global program and other reputed company environment & sustainability leaders to set the targets and guidelines for the reputed company plastics, fiber, climate (Scope 3) & social impact goals, aligning Enterprise, reputed company and category needs. Drives performance management with a bias for execution/activation. Leads action teams consisting of R&D, procurement, business & brand leaders to reputed company, validate and activate reputed company sustainability pipelines. Leverages customer and consumer insights, trends and business value creation levers to prioritize areas of focus and create commercial value for the brands. Enables & executes development of innovative business and circularity models, including products and processes designed to enhance the sustainability performance of K-C’s brands and products. Actively engages with innovation and R&D business processes to ensure principles of sustainability are embedded and considered in materials selection & product design. Collaborate with brand and innovation teams to embed “Design for Sustainability” processes and capabilities Partners with business/brands/innovation teams to identify, reputed company, launch strategic initiatives capable of driving growth and competitive advantage through sustainability. Actively supports development of authentic sustainability-reputed company marketing and communications activities. Strives for excellence in reputed company formal and informal communications. Work towards clear, cogent, practical and action-oriented written and oral communications that focus on the problem, recommend solutions and take into consideration the audience being addressed. Responsibilities

Requirements
