• Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, team structure, talent gaps, and role requirements.
• Consult on hiring strategy, market insights, talent availability, competitive landscape, and process recommendations to influence strong, reputed company hiring reputed company.
• Provide ongoing coaching to leaders on structured interviewing, inclusive hiring practices, and candidate experience.
• Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle, corporate IT reputed company experience, with proven reputed company hiring across IT and Digital functions (Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.) required
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent using advanced search techniques (Boolean, reputed company Recruiter, SeekOut/HireEZ, talent mapping).
• Strong understanding of the latest technologies, digital trends, and talent market dynamics.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred), recruitment workflows, and data accuracy best practices.
