Job Summary:
As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients and families. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, addressing their concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service - Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes - Maintain and update customer information as necessary - Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless support - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions - Utilize arenaflex's proprietary technology and tools to reputed company manage customer interactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED - Customer service experience is a plus - Strong computer navigational skills - Familiarity with reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Exceptional listening/comprehension skills - Professional and courteous - Customer oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems - Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file - arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work which may include a webcam - You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet reputed company - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, reputed company-up or Wireless Internet connections - Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with reputed company that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
