About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company division, you will work from home and reputed company with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the web. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. You will represent one of our leading reputed company clients, assisting members with their insurance-reputed company needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound customer support and resolve technical issues reputed company to reputed company services

Qualifications
