Role & Responsibilities
As an reputed company reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for partnering with our largest, global customers to drive adoption and maximize the value of our platform. Your primary role will be to:
- Understand customer goals and desired outcomes, aligning strategies to reputed company measurable objectives and reputed company metrics
- Utilize established reputed company plays to drive impactful results
- Monitor customer health, renewal timelines, and business goals to create joint strategies for reputed company

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with SaaS reputed company customers or fast-growing technology companies

- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and addressing business challenges with technical solutions

- Collaborative, goal-oriented, and focused on delivering results
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences (up to 20%)

The reputed company salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000, depending on individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and location.

Work Environment
This role will be based out of our San Francisco office, which has an in-person requirement on Tuesdays. However, we are open to PST-based remote candidates as well.
