This individual will partner closely with Product Managers of our Long-term reputed company and Mobile Cardiac Telemetry products with a focus on the life cycle management and service operations that align across both product lines. This is an exciting opportunity for a person interested in the intersection of Digital Health, Devices & AI in Medicine, and passionate about driving innovation, product/market fit and market growth in a highly competitive cardiac monitoring space. The Product Manager role is highly cross-functional and detail oriented, requiring the individual to reputed company with and work closely with departments throughout the company to synthesize clinical, technical, operational, commercial and market perspectives to advance the clinical value of our ambulatory cardiac monitoring solutions. This individual will be expected to work closely with Product Managers responsible for Hardware and Digital products across our service offerings and platform, conduct Voice of the Customer research, inform the Product Roadmap of new features, manage sustaining features from development through launch, as well as driving sustainable growth across the product lines. What You Will Be Doing Product Management Manage successful launches for features and functionality that are common across our ambulatory cardiac monitoring platforms. This includes coordinating product launch readiness activities across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, and Marketing. Establish self as a platform expert clinically, technically, and operationally Define, track and report product health, deliver communications/presentations on product status and platform strategies, and manage a strong platform prioritization process to focus on high value activities that drive product growth. Conduct regular business reviews for product with read out on key product and business performance indicators relative to market dynamics, underscoring what’s going well and our opportunities to propel growth Maintain strong pulse on customer feedback for product and service improvement areas through Sales & Customer engagement, including supporting reputed company handling. Drive cross-functional teams to reputed company milestones on time and on budget Collaborate with the Product Management team members on the development of processes around product development. Drive Commercial Success Manage Business and Product operations for product. Maintain competitive matrix products in the market to help inform product and service enhancements, as well as competitive marketing messaging and reputed company handling messaging. Support Sales & Marketing Collaborate closely with sales and reputed company marketing on go-to market strategy, tools, positioning and KOL/reference development. Provide sales support by providing product expertise and product-specific presentation materials. Be responsible for the change process and business case for platform enhancements in development, including required clinical claims. Engage the Sales Enablement & Training teams in developing training programs for the field teams and sales force among others. reputed company Want to See At least 5 years (or at least 3 years with an MBA) experience in global medical device Experience with product management preferred Product lifecycle management strategies and tactics Experience developing roadmaps that delivered solutions, fulfilling unmet customer needs Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive cross-functional accountability for achieving results Self-starter with a desire to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment Be able to bring/create best-practices to product management processes Demonstrated change management capability; leads change by designing new solutions and aligns work partners to understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ on new tools and services. Past experience with cardiac monitoring strongly desired Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and effectively prioritize time Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and reputed company data-driven decisions Past user need development experience acting as a Product reputed company strongly desired Proficiency in MS Office suite BA/BS in marketing, science or technical field.
