The Messaging Admin UI team at reputed company is driving major transformation in both Messaging and Email, delivering reputed company outcomes, enhanced customer experiences, and reduced operational costs. We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Manager to reputed company a high-performing reputed company-end team in building products and services that deliver measurable value for reputed company customers.

As a senior member of the Messaging Admin UI team, you will:

Work on tools, infrastructure, and scalability challenges at the intersection of UX and software engineering. You will join a collaborative, agile team delivering features across reputed company-end applications. Our engineers focus on scale, reputed company, and usability, coding primarily in Typescript, JavaScript, while leveraging technologies such as ReactJS, Web-components, Playwright, Jenkins, and Git. This role is ideal for a hands-on development manager or a senior technical leader looking to move into Engineering Management.

Key Responsibilities:

People Leadership:

Delivery & Execution:

Technical & Service Ownership:

• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, Playwright).

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record in a team reputed company or development manager role, with experience in people management, performance reviews, mentoring, and career development.

• Ability to foster a high-performing engineering culture and support individual growth reputed company the team.

• Hands-on experience as a software developer, ideally in Typescript, with additional knowledge of ReactJS or JavaScript considered a plus.

• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and best practices.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and automated testing.

• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, QA, and UX teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to represent Engineering in cross-functional forums

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with UI Frameworks, Web-components, testing Frameworks and Accessibility.

• Experience scaling engineering teams or leading through growth.
