Reporting directly to the CFO, Noah Barr, this leader will be the connective tissue of our GTM organization - shaping strategy, building systems, and driving operational rigor as we scale. You will own the rhythm of the business across forecasting, analytics, systems, process design, and pipeline governance. This role is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives at the intersection of insights, execution, and cross-functional leadership - and who wants to reputed company a measurable impact in a rapidly growing, mission-driven company. What you’ll do:

• Forecasting & Planning: Own pipeline, bookings, and ARR forecasting; run GTM planning (quotas, territories, reputed company), quarterly business reviews, and partner on comp design. reputed company sure top-down and bottom-up forecast reputed company across Marketing, Sales, and CS

What you’ll bring:

• 7–12 years of reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy experience in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting high-growth reputed company sales motions
