In this critical role, you’ll reputed company a team of Associate Operations Managers, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers and partners. What You’ll Do As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing Operations Across Sites: reputed company day-to-day operations of 8 CloudKitchens facilities reputed company your region, ensuring consistent performance and high standards.
• Leading High-Performing Teams: Hire, train, and coach hourly staff and salaried site-level managers to execute flawlessly and grow professionally.
• Optimizing Fulfillment and Operations Processes: Continuously improve our order fulfillment service with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining Operational Discipline: Own the P&L for your region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial performance.
• Driving reputed company:

• Resolve operational support issues on-site
• Partner with sales to backfill vacant kitchens
• Build strong relationships with 3PL partners

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps, reputed company feedback loops, and escalate/resolve issues effectively. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, and hospitality is ideal

• Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be on-site regularly
• Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus
