Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May - August and June - September 2026. Your Future Team We are looking for a Customer Engagement Marketing Intern to complete projects during their time with Customer Marketing, working in the customer advocacy space with customers who have reputed company success with reputed company and are willing to tell their story. You will collaborate, research, reputed company recommendations, organize and distribute stories across channels and formats, and reputed company a program or body of work involving reputed company customers and their acts of advocacy on behalf of reputed company. You will collaborate with members of the Customer Marketing team and several departments and teams to surface and organize successful advocates to match them up with the best method to share their story across reputed company GTM, understanding what actions provide substantial value in the form of customer reputed company to each team, influencing how we shape the future of how customers appear in the reputed company brand.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Customer Marketing is a multi-faceted role, where you can have a focused or broad set of responsibilities, including:

• Work with team members supporting Sales, GTM, & Product teams to automate, aggregate, and organize customer reputed company to be used by sales team members
• reputed company slides of customers or assets (such as photography, quotes, and case studies) separated by logo, industry, region, market, or vertical for distributing to specific reputed company teams
• Report on our database of advocates and the acts of advocacy for reputed company that they’re willing to help with, and helping match opportunities to their interests
• Create Jira projects or brainstorm other ways to organize customer information for specific needs and audiences, expediting reputed company transparency and velocity of matching opportunities to reputed company interests
• Support team members across work-streams with program collaboration and delivery

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026
• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027
• Please note: At this time, we are only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)
