Organ Health Specialist

We are looking for an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join the Organ Health sales team! In this role, you will drive growth and market development reputed company the general nephrology market by cultivating new and maintaining existing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of Organ Health products. Your expertise and insights will play a critical role in advancing our mission to support healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Organ Health Specialist, you will promote and sell Renasight, a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease, and Prospera, a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection—both supporting comprehensive kidney health management from diagnosis to post-transplant care.

• Serve as a local expert on reputed company’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally reputed company laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales.
• Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving reputed company growth.
• Proven ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling
• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) reputed company to nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Travel up to 50% - 75% reputed company territory, with 10% - 20% overnight stay

The total On reputed company Earnings (OTE) offers a competitive reputed company salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition we also offer a car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
