Careers that Change Lives The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in advancing the commercial excellence agenda for the Pelvic Health Operating Unit. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Process & CRM Optimization

• Serve as the key Commercial Process & enablement analyst reputed company the Pelvic Health Operating Unit.

• Translate commercial processes into scalable, optimized workflows, by gathering requirements, process mapping, solution ideation, project management, cross-functional collaboration and process documentation.

Commercial Process Mapping & Optimization

Project Portfolio Leadership

• Support our CRM Program Manager with key functions such as Level 1 SFDC support, project execution and technology roadmap ideation, development, and enablement.

• Collaborate with Training team to design and deliver Sales Process training content and tool utilization strategies.
• Support evolution of sales methodologies, field productivity tools, and performance insights to create a more effective and efficient commercial reputed company.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or CRM support/BA roles.
